We had a wonderful time at our Cuban Dinner Party.
Diane planned and prepared a fantastic menu.

Enjoy the music of The Buena Vista Social Club as we get dinner ready.

This past Christmas she prepared 6 Fish dishes and a Veal dish.
The last fish was the BEST!

Sea scallops on potato pancakes with herbs finished with a champaign butter and caviar sauce.
